i recently taking grapeseed oil extract as my food supplement but after 2 days, skin allergy occurs. what are the side effects of taking grapeseed oil extract?

Anything can cause an allergy if you are allergic to it. Since you just recently started taking this extract and just noticed the allergy I would have to suspect the extract. If you've also started something else recently then it could be that as well, but with the current information provided I'd have to suspect the extract.
Remember that natural products like that are not regulated by the FDA and can therefore have varying purity standards. This extract may contain all sorts of impurities that aren't listed, you aren't aware of, and may be down-right dangerous. If you insist on using natural products at least make sure they are from a reputable source/manufacturer preferably approved by the USP or Consumer Labs.
