I developed a skin irritation on the side of my nose, and on my forehead and on my chest that looked a little bit like acne but it wasnt, it just showed up like scabs. Like it would get itchy, and i would itch it and then they would turn into little red spots and scabs.
People said that i am getting an allergie from the feathers in my down feather baby phat coat, cuz they keep coming out and they get on my clothes and stuff. I was wondering if its possible to get a rash or an allergy or irritation from feathers?
Otherwise, any ideas about what the irritation could be? I have been drinking tea and washing the areas every day, and they seem to be clearing up a little bit. Please help.

simple answer is yes you can develop allergy to feathers skin or lung ,shortness of breath like asthma have an allergy test done if possible and stop wearing coat

Reply:Yes, most definitely. I can not even use a one because of the feathers. I am allergic to them and end up with rashes, shortness of breath, and end up using my fast acting inhaler. Best advice if your health is changing around something, get rid of it. Because your body is telling you something. Listen to it, for your body knows what is best for you.
