How can I get rid of my chronic skin allergy?

I am suffering from this disease almost a year long. Different vegetables (e.g. Tomatoes, cucumber, Apples etc) milk, cheese, eggs, marine fishes are causing this to me...Now my condition is getting worse.....Please help me out of this problem so that I can get my normal life back and can eat everything as before.

How can I get rid of my chronic skin allergy?
It sounds harsh, but the fastest way to clear up a food allergy is to abstain COMPLETELY from the foods you are allergic to. I developed an allergy to dairy. The doctor said I had indulged in too many dairy products for too long, and thus became allergic. I eliminated all dairy from my diet (you'd be surprised at how many good recipes there are for nondairy desserts!) for six months, then gradually reintroduced it to my diet, backing off whenever I had a recurrance of symptoms. It took a while, but it did work for me. But you should always check with your doctor before self-treating complex conditions, and some food allergies might not ever get better, so you might want to start looking for alternatives to those tastes you love so.
Reply:Tried many meds - made me sick as the allergy given salves %26amp; pills but what gave relief was oatmeal soaks You can buy soaks or make your own soaks from cereal oats Recipe probably still on box Go slow adding those foods into your diet There is always a chance it will not work Report It

Reply:see a doctor...

now there's a novel idea.......
Reply:only way to get rid of chronic allergy to avoid allergens.

see to your doctor to desensitized if possible.
Reply:An allergy is an abnormal reaction to ordinarily harmless substance or substances. These sensitizing substances, called allergens, may be inhaled, swallowed or come into contact with the skin.
