I just developed a bad allergy an hour ago. I just take a shower again and put on some lotion. please advise. Thank you.

You don't say to what, or what kind of lotion.


So let's assume your skin has broken out and you don't know why. A shower is a great first step.





Are you short of breath? wheezing? dizzy?


See a doctor immediately.





Did the rash appear after taking a medication?


Do you have a fever?


Call your doctor.





Otherwise, take an antihistamine tablet, and, if you think your allergy might be to a new laundry detergent, put on some clothes that have been in your drawer for awhile and try not to scratch.

Reply:are you hot? if so you could be allergic to wheat.


if not maybe you have eczema
Reply:Do you know what the allegy may be due to? You to first get rid of the agent if possible that is causing the rxn. For allergy rxn i would take benadryl liquid and/ or rub hydrocortisone cream.

Try Dermovate cream..It helps..Or you can use some salt to rub it on those allergy area. It will help..
Reply:Get an antihistimine into your body ASAP - sounds like you ingested something - try Benadryl for one.





If it persists - call your dr. You may need a steriod to get it to go away.
